About the Role


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects, programs, and PMO services. In this role, you will provide coordination and administrative support across a range of project activities, ensuring established processes and standards are followed to maintain project quality, governance, and reporting requirements.

Working alongside Project Managers, PMO teams, and key stakeholders, you will play an important role in coordinating documentation, reporting, planning, financial administration, and project governance activities that contribute to successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate data collection across project, program, or PMO teams and consolidate information into meaningful reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain project management tools and repositories, ensuring project documentation is organised, accessible, and up to date.
  • Apply appropriate security and document control measures for project information and equipment.
  • Support project planning activities and maintain project schedules, governance records, and documentation.
  • Assist with risk management activities, including maintaining risk registers and supporting risk reviews.
  • Support project and program change management processes and governance requirements.
  • Coordinate the collection and reporting of project financial information, ensuring stakeholders have visibility of project performance and forecasts.
  • Assist with project and program resource planning activities.
  • Organise project meetings, workshops, reviews, and stakeholder forums, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO and project delivery processes.


About You

You are organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a project-driven environment. You possess strong administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

Ideally, you will bring:

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, Project Support Officer, or similar role.
  • Exposure to project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Strong administration, reporting, and document management capabilities.
  • Experience maintaining project plans, risk registers, and financial records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project collaboration tools.
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to supporting successful project outcomes.


Desirable

  • Experience supporting large-scale technology, transformation, or business projects.
  • Exposure to PMO environments and project reporting frameworks.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid delivery approaches.
