About the Role: 
Fujitsu is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Burnaby, BC. Candidate must be able to work from the Burnaby office twice a week.
The Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) brings extensive experience delivering complex business and technology solutions within large, enterprise environments. This role works closely with business and IT stakeholders to elicit and analyze requirements, assess business processes, and produce high-quality analysis artifacts that enable effective decision-making and successful solution delivery.
The Sr. BA is a self-directed professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments and demonstrates strong leadership in facilitating discussions, resolving ambiguity, and guiding stakeholders toward well-defined, prioritized outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
•    Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation for complex enterprise initiatives. 
•    Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, including system-to-system integrations and interfaces. 
•    Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements and specifications for development and configuration. 
•    Create and maintain business analysis deliverables using established methodologies, templates, and standards. 
Process Analysis & Improvement
•    Analyze current-state (As-Is) business processes using stakeholder input, existing documentation, and operational data. 
•    Design and document future-state (To-Be) processes to support improved efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes. 
•    Develop process maps, workflows, and supporting documentation to enable stakeholder understanding and adoption. 
Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation
•    Engage a wide range of senior business and IT stakeholders to facilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision forums. 
•    Act as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders through complex analysis and trade-off discussions. 
•    Facilitate collaborative decision-making across business units, vendors, and technical teams. 
Delivery Support & Reporting
•    Support planning, estimation, and prioritization of work items, including scope, timelines, and dependencies. 
•    Track and communicate progress, risks, and issues to Application Leads, Business Leads, and project stakeholders. 
•    Produce status updates, progression reports, and analysis summaries as required. 

Experience & Qualifications
Required
•    7+ years of progressive business analysis experience in large-scale, enterprise IT and business initiatives. 
•    Proven experience working in multi-disciplinary, matrixed delivery environments. 
•    Strong expertise in requirements management, business process modeling, and documentation practices. 
•    Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, including facilitation and presentation. 
•    Demonstrated ability to organize complex information from multiple sources and produce succinct, high-quality deliverables. 
•    Ability to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with client and delivery leadership. 
Preferred / Nice to Have
•    Exposure to project management principles, delivery frameworks, and waterfall/agile/hybrid environments. 
•    Experience working with enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, ERP, CRM, or similar systems). 
•    Consulting or client-facing experience within large organizations. 
•    Familiarity with change management or operational readiness activities.

Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $120,000 CAD to $140,000 CAD.. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
