Position Overview: Wayfinders Associate Partner – Supply Chain

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Partner / Director to join our Supply Chain Transformation practice. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with expertise in supply chain strategy, transformation delivery, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive supply chain transformation programs, engage with senior executives, and grow consulting business in various sectors. This position offers a pathway to becoming a Partner.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives (e.g., CSCO, COO, CFO) on supply chain strategy and transformation.
  • Lead the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary supply chain engagements across planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and digital enablement.
  • Drive client satisfaction and long-term relationship development.

Practice Development

  • Shape and grow the Supply Chain Transformation practice, including go-to-market strategy, service offerings, and thought leadership.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to integrate supply chain capabilities with broader digital, sustainability, and operational excellence initiatives.

 

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including proactive proposals and points of view, RFP responses, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across industries such as manufacturing, retail, life sciences, and consumer goods.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets.

 

Required Skills & Experience

Consulting & Industry Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, with at least 5 years in supply chain transformation.
  • Proven success in leading supply chain transformation programs from strategic assessments through large scale technology transformation.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain operating models, digital supply chain, S&OP, procurement transformation, and logistics optimization.
  • Experience working with mid-size companies in the $1B - $20B revenue range.
  • Experience with US subsidiaries of Japanese multi-national firms is a plus.

 

Leadership & Influence

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including team building, coaching, and performance management.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.

 

Technical & Industry Knowledge

  • Familiarity with leading supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Coupa, O9 etc).
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML in supply chain, Generative AI and Agentic AI, IoT, blockchain, and digital twins.
  • Industry experience in sectors such as manufacturing and consumer goods, or retail is highly desirable.

Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. ​ It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $210,000 to $270,000 USD. ​ Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
