Position Overview: Wayfinders Executive Assistant

Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and enjoy partnering with senior leadership to keep complex operations running seamlessly? Fujitsu Wayfinders is seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support our senior executive team, including Managing Partners and senior consulting leaders.

This is not a traditional EA role—we are looking for someone who has operated at the highest levels of a global consulting firm, is comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and clients, and can expertly manage high-intensity calendars, travel, and shifting priorities with precision and poise.

As Executive Assistant, you will act as a strategic partner and force multiplier for senior leadership. You will manage complex logistics across time zones, anticipate needs before they arise, and bring structure to highly demanding schedules and travel.

This role requires exceptional judgment, resilience, and discretion, as well as the ability to operate effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support at the Highest Level

  • Provide seamless day-to-day support to senior leaders, including Managing Partners and consulting executives

  • Interface confidently with C-suite clients, board-level stakeholders, and senior internal leaders

  • Complex Calendar Management

  • Own and manage extremely demanding, ever-changing executive calendars

  • Balance competing priorities and proactively resolve conflicts across global time zones

  • Anticipate scheduling needs and protect executive time with sound judgment

  • Global Travel & Logistics

  • Coordinate intensive domestic and international travel, often with short lead times

  • Manage end-to-end itineraries, including contingency planning and real-time troubleshooting

  • Support executives who travel frequently across regions and client sites

  • Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, communications, and materials

  • Manage expenses, reporting, and administrative workflows with accuracy and speed

  • Maintain organized systems for documents and communications

  • Trusted Partner

  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Act as a liaison across teams, clients, and external stakeholders

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and executive effectiveness

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience

  • 10+ years supporting senior executives, preferably within a top-tier consulting firm or similarly fast-paced professional services environment

  • Demonstrated experience supporting C-level leaders and managing client-facing interactions

  • Proven track record managing complex calendars, competing priorities, and heavy global travel

  • Capabilities

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills

  • Ability to operate independently with minimal direction

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools

  • Flexibility

  • Willingness to work across time zones and accommodate the needs of a global consulting business

Why This Role?

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing global consulting business and serve as a critical partner to senior leadership. You’ll operate at the center of strategic decision-making while helping shape the day-to-day effectiveness of the firm’s top leaders.
