Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining existing Named Service Provider revenue streams and generating new revenue with a focus on Optical Transport, Services and Software
- Manage and grow key relationships with executive decision makers and influencers in the Planning, Global Technology Planning, RAN & Transport Engineering, Supply Chain & Sourcing accounts
- Develop account or segment strategy based on our Named Service Provider’s key initiatives including but not limited to UOS, Alliance products, wireless where applicable, Services initiatives such as netMod, software such as aRCA
- Accurate and timely forecasting of hardware, software and services
- Identify and recruit new logo accounts via Marketing, direct recruiting and or trade shows. Create and own an executive call plan, execute and win new offers for hardware, software and services
- The position will be remote.
Secondary Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Formulate and ensure execution of strategic market/account(s) plans.
- Apply expertise and in-depth understanding of key NSP market segment business, goals, strategies and industry trends and direction toward execution of account plan.
- Leverages expertise within these NSP accounts to provide technical and commercial insight to customers with a focus on creating and delivering positive business outcomes.
- Work closely and collaboratively with 1FA Sales Specialists, Business Development, Sales Engineering, Business Units, and other subject matter experts in the pursuit of business in the areas of Network Digital Transformation; including optical transport, wireless, and software and services portfolio infrastructure to align with company business objectives.
- Client negotiations: Propose solutions to executives and evaluation committees acting as the single point of client contact for all deal-progression activities.
Experience Required for Success
- Minimum of 3-5 years previous direct sales experience with existing knowledge of Tier I, II & III providers.
- Market and technology expertise in Fujitsu Optical, Wireless, and Services/Software offerings
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
- 2 to 4 year degree preferred

As we are looking for a remote position, the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. 1Finity aligns salaries to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at$101,500 to $145,000 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
