Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Finance modules, including GL, AR, AP, FA, and Cash Management.
Provide production support, including incident resolution, problem management, and service request handling.
Develop and maintain RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, APIs, Open Interfaces, Forms Personalization, and Workflow.
Analyze and resolve production issues within defined SLAs to minimize business disruption.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.
Support month-end and year-end processes such as inventory close, purchasing close, and reconciliations.
Manage enhancements, minor projects, and change requests within an AMS model.
Monitor and optimize system performance, including SQL tuning and concurrent program optimization.
Conduct patch impact analysis, regression testing, and coordination during Oracle patching cycles.
Maintain documentation, including KT materials, SOPs, issue logs, and configuration updates.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours/weekend support when required.
Collaborate with business users to prioritize tickets and provide functional guidance.
Monitor integrations and troubleshoot interface failures with third-party systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and vendors.
Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members.

Mandatory Skills, Certifications, and Experience
5+ years of Oracle EBS experience in Finance modules.
Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and Workflow customization.
Proven experience in designing and developing RICE components.
Experience with Oracle E-Commerce Gateway for EDI integrations.
Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, and reporting in a managed services environment.
Strong experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, IT, Business, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
