Job Summary:

10 to 12 Years of experience where we are seeking a skilled and TSM to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MHC & In-projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DWP services, project management methodologies, and stakeholder communication. You will be responsible for ensuring that GDC meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and stay within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management .
Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including cloud engineers, security, networking, and support.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and Microsoft best practices.
Oversee migration of users and applications to AVD environments.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
Facilitate training and documentation for end-users and support teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience managing cloud or virtual desktop infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services, especially Azure Virtual Desktop.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or PMP methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-140, AZ-104) are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with FSLogix, Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
Knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments.
