MS Endpoint Management (SCCM & Intune) Subject Matter Expert
Main Responsibilities
- Extensive skills and knowledge of SCCM and SCCM Modules integration into platforms like ServiceNow
- Extensive skills and knowledge of SCCM Infrastructure, deployments, strategy, architecture, design, migrations
- Extensive skills and knowledge of Autopilot for quick deployment of new devices to End Users
- Extensive skills and knowledge of Intune, and the management of iPhone and Android systems
- Good communication skills both internally with regional architects and senior members of the customer IT architecture team and leadership
- Hands-on capability to gather technical information and analyze the existing SCCM/Intune Infrastructure and deployment within the customer network
- Ability to document findings and make SCCM/Intune architecture and design recommendation and the capability to present these to onshore architects and the customer
- Ability to take finding and deploy SCCM to all parts of the business
- Ability to work under pressure on Large infrastructure deal with multiple teams and inputs with aggressive deadlines.
- Understands business and project goals and direction and translates this to architectural decisions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years IT experience and 5 years’ experience working with SCCM and Intune
- Experience working with new implementations of Autopilot within a Customer Environment
- Extensive experience working directly with senior customer management, and the ability to clearly articulate the cause and resolution to complex problems, and the overall architectural design and concepts
- Design, enhance and implement the MDM/MAM platform and infrastructure to support the requirements of the business with an eye for continual improvement, including speed of delivery , user experience with no negotiation to security
- Plan, Design, Implement & Configure Intune/SCCM/ MECM solution to manage all end user computing of Organization. Major Supported Services includes Imaging, Software Deployment and Software Update/Patch Management, H/w- S/w Inventory, Reporting.
- Device onboarding, Wipe-out, Policy creation & assignment, BYOD/CYOD etc. OT device, POS system knowledge will be added advantage. HLD,LLD, SMTD documentation skills must.
- Engineer complex endpoint solutions based on business needs, delivering high-quality documentation, and technology proof of concepts, to support the operationalise of the new technology by Service Owners. AI enablement automation, power shell scripting etc.
- Creating and Deploying Windows 11 Feature updates, Evergreen solution, Autopilot with Intune platform. Hands-on experience in CMG & Co-management, cloud DP integration.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language with customer, LSR & higher management.
- Collaborating with multiple teams such as Infrastructure, Security and Application Development to design cutting-edge productivity platform for end-users.
- Build standard operating environment Software Configurations that reflect agreed functional needs and specifications based on the operating environment design.
- Govern the upgrades and compatibility of End User devices to ensure seamless upgrades to the business and new functionality and capabilities are introduced effectively
- Proven experience of Lite-Touch, Zero touch Deployments, WDS/PXE Issues, Sysprep tool, WinPE. Worked in Desktop Analytics, Nexthink. Expertise in escalation handling, RCA building.
- Strong technical understanding of end user computing. Ability to create the custom PowerShell scripts, VB Scripts and automate recurrent task. Achieve significant business improvement by implementing Automation.
- Proven experience in Mass applications and Patches rollout using SCCM. Plan & Execute multiple application deployment, UAT/PILOT Testing and on time flawless Production Delivery.
- Govern Application testing on upcoming Win11 Version and software distribution on managed devices. Handle and govern Windows 11 builds and Microsoft Patching.
- Compliance management by configuring RBAC in Intune/MDM console, DCM rules, policies, Customize query building. Deliver the customize reports using SSRS as n when require by Customer & Management.
- Good technical understanding and have good Knowledge in Package troubleshooting, configuring and managing Wi-Fi/VPN/Email profile in MDM. Knowledge of Microsoft Bitlocker Encryption Infrastructure with High availability. Able to implement MBAM for easier management of Encrypted machines
- Knowledge of cloud integration patterns, understanding of Azure cloud service offering.
- Eager and willing to try new things, embrace the latest technologies and pursue innovation that will benefit clients.
- Deliver high quality operations support to our Clients catering to the SLAs Knowledge of Operating systems, Databases, deployment and monitoring tools.
- Experience in working US or Europe shift. And ideally possess Knowledge of designing and managing an 24 * 7 IT operations team according to ITIL processes.
- Create and implement operational workflows in tools, SOP’s, RACI’s, Cook Books.Create and review Success Stories. Aware of CSIP, Kakushin (Kaizen), Sense & response, Six Sigma.
