JD for Intune /Auto pilot – Senior L2 lead

 

 Intune Engineer:

 

  • Minimum of 10-14 years of experience using Intune, , Auto pilot knowledge & experience.
  • Intune admin Support to both team (EUS/Intune) for Apps issues, Log analysis & fixing issues.
  • Intune apps hosting, Apps & testing.
  • Fix deployment issues., Troubleshooting support of apps ,EUS client apps & Intune cases.
  • end to end delivery of Intune task.
  • Experience project managing, deploying, and supporting large-scale OS migrations and introducing new technology based on business needs and industry standards.
  • Basic background in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and associated suite products.
  • Implementation, upgradation, and migration of Intune, Auto pilot.
  • Implementation bit locker, upgradation and managing of MBAM infra and MBAM clients.
  • Experience in Os build Window 10/11.In-depth working knowledge of enterprise supporting operating systems (Windows 10/11 above), and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Experiences on Microsoft security patching, vulnerability remediation, Os compliance.
  • Knowledge of advanced Networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, Network Security)
  • Strong background in PowerShell, VB scripts.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, follow written policies and procedures, and always maintain superior customer service.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ticket systems and SLAs related to reactionary service tickets.
  • Must be able to perform professionally in a project team and complete tasks in a timely fashion as directed by management.
  • Intune Operations admin. Policy management, Solutions management.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Management - Responsible for device management, maintaining the Intune/Autopilot environment OSD creation/maintenance, application packaging/deployment, Windows patching, hardware specs, etc.
  • Administer, integrate and co-management (Intune)
  • Device Management - Intune MDM, Knowledge of M365.
  • Setup of Intune Policies. Good hands-on knowledge on AD/Azure. Good knowledge on Azure.
  • Having 10-14 years hands-on experience on infrastructure & operations supports.
  • That standardizes our approach to Meaningful monthly reporting is available to the customer in a timely manner.
  • The team focuses on delivering tangible recommendations & initiatives, with ownership and follow up actions.
  • Ability of create Ideas & Automations based on requirements. Well versed with CSIP, Kakushine process.
  • Lead team of junior l1, l2 members and mentor them for day-to-day task. Documentation skill is mandated.
  • Power shell Scripting is added advantage.
  • Good understanding of Windows all servers OS. Cloud applications handling.
  • Ability of create Ideas & Automations based on requirements.
