Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant with 7+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, and Financial Services domains.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Aura, and enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• The role requires expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Einstein AI.
• The candidate will be responsible for solution design, development, system integrations, release management, and end-to-end project delivery following Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as SFDX, Azure DevOps, AutoRabbit, ANT, and Salesforce CLI is essential.
• The role also involves stakeholder management, mentoring development teams, providing production support, and driving AI-powered automation initiatives.
• Salesforce certifications in Platform Development, Data Cloud, AI, Administration, and related technologies are highly desirable.
