Job Description:

Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

 

Role Summary

Looking for 5+ years experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in Sales and Customer Service modules and good knowledge of Power Apps / Power Platform to design, implement, and support CRM solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and customize Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service
  • Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, BPFs, and security roles
  • Work on case management, SLAs, queues, and sales processes
  • Develop Power Apps (model‑driven/canvas) and Power Automate flows
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions
  • Support integrations with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and third‑party systems
  • Provide UAT, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support

 

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) experience
  • Strong knowledge of Sales & Customer Service modules
  • Hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
  • Good understanding of CRM security and data model
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

 

Nice to Have

  • Multi‑country CRM implementation experience
  • Power BI or Azure integration exposure
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications

 

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead solution discussions
  • Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience working in Agile delivery models
