About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition professional to support end-to-end hiring across research, engineering, campus, and lateral recruitment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with business leaders, build strategic talent pipelines, and contribute to hiring world-class talent in cutting-edge technology and research domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level, mid-level, and specialized technical roles.
- Drive hiring for research and engineering positions, with exposure to PhD and M.Tech talent acquisition being highly desirable.
- Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, networking, referrals, and employer branding initiatives.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, GitHub, academic networks, and campus engagement.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR assessments.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes efficiently while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Support campus hiring programs and build relationships with premier institutes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting through ATS (SuccessFactors).
- Contribute to employer branding, talent engagement, and strategic hiring initiatives.
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in IT, Product Engineering, Research, or R&D organizations.
- Experience in hiring technical talent, researchers, or niche skill profiles.
- Strong sourcing, market mapping, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or exposure to Research Hiring, particularly PhD and M.Tech recruitment.
- Experience or exposure to Campus Hiring is a strong advantage.
- Prior engagement with Tier-1 institutes such as IITs, IISc, IIITs, NITs, and other leading universities is highly desirable.
- Exposure to employer branding, university relations, or early careers programs will be an added advantage.
