About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Sourcer to help us identify, attract, and engage top talent. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You’ll use innovative sourcing strategies, data-driven insights, and exceptional communication skills to find and engage passive candidates across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team goals, and hiring priorities.

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and social media.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification conversations to assess candidate fit and interest.

Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Research market trends, competitor insights, and talent availability to inform recruiting strategies.

Foster a strong employer brand through positive candidate engagement and communication.

Support diversity sourcing initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting (in-house or agency).

Proven success in sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels.

Familiarity with Boolean search, X-ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and CRM platforms.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for delivering a great candidate experience and building diverse teams.
Preferred Skills

Experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science) or specific industry domains.

Knowledge of market mapping and competitive intelligence.
