About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to support end-to-end hiring across campus and lateral roles. The individual will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, ensuring excellent candidate experience, and supporting business hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, campus)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations
- Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
- Support campus hiring initiatives, including coordination with institutes and placement teams
- Maintain accurate data and updates in ATS (SuccessFactors)
- Assist in employer branding and engagement activities
Key Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT/Product/Research hiring preferred)
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in campus hiring or early career hiring
- Exposure to niche/technical hiring is a plus
