About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to support end-to-end hiring across campus and lateral roles. The individual will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, ensuring excellent candidate experience, and supporting business hiring needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, campus)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations
  • Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
  • Support campus hiring initiatives, including coordination with institutes and placement teams
  • Maintain accurate data and updates in ATS (SuccessFactors)
  • Assist in employer branding and engagement activities

Key Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT/Product/Research hiring preferred)
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in campus hiring or early career hiring
  • Exposure to niche/technical hiring is a plus
