Role Purpose

Deliver remote post-sale troubleshooting and diagnostic support services to ensure optimal functionality of service system and environments. Operate independently with minimal supervision, applying deep technical expertise and business acumen to resolve complex issues and contribute to process optimization.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Technical Support & Ticket Management - Provide remote support for HCL Notes-related issues, managing tickets and resolving inquiries through diagnostic troubleshooting. Apply in-depth technical knowledge and professional judgment to solve complex problems using diverse sources of information.
  • Platform Maintenance & Optimization - Plan and implement platform upgrades, monitor system performance, and recommend corrective or preemptive actions. Leverage conceptual and practical knowledge in HCL Notes and related disciplines to maintain a stable and efficient environment.
  • Customer-Directed Execution - Execute tasks as directed by the customer, ensuring outputs meet expectations. Demonstrate interpersonal sensitivity and the ability to manage reasonable compromises while working closely with customer teams.
  • Project Leadership & Mentorship - Independently manage small projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. Provide essential support and mentorship to junior team members, applying leadership skills and influencing operational outcomes.
  • Process Improvement & Strategic Insight - Contribute to process optimization efforts and apply business acumen to enhance service delivery. Understand best practices and how the HCL Notes environment interacts with broader systems and competitors, incorporating this insight into technical work.
  • Collaboration & Communication - Work within broad guidelines and collaborate with closely interfaced teams. Communicate complex and sensitive information effectively, ensuring alignment and clarity across stakeholders.
