Senior RPA Developer

Work Setup: Hybrid (RTO @ BGC, Taguig)

Shift: Mid Shift (supports global stakeholders)

Location: Philippines

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer to design, build, and scale enterprise automation solutions supporting global business operations. This role requires deep hands‑on expertise in UiPath, strong technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams in a hybrid, mid‑shift environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy end‑to‑end RPA solutions using UiPath and related automation technologies.
  • Lead technical solutioning activities, including automation feasibility assessment, effort estimation, and design reviews.
  • Develop robust, scalable, and reusable workflows with strong exception handling, logging, and monitoring.
  • Integrate automations with APIs, databases, web applications, and enterprise systems.
  • Support Intelligent Automation initiatives, including OCR, Document Understanding, and IDP use cases.
  • Adhere to software engineering best practices, including version control, code reviews, and adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and global stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior RPA developers as needed.
  • Support production environments, including bot monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization.
  • Contribute to automation standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–6+ years of hands‑on RPA development experience, with a strong focus on enterprise‑scale automation.
  • Advanced proficiency in UiPath, including Orchestrator, REFramework, and reusable component design.
  • Strong experience in:
  • Workflow orchestration and solution design
  • Data extraction, transformation, and validation
  • Exception handling, logging, and resiliency patterns
  • API integration (REST/SOAP)
  • Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, or SQL.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps concepts (CI/CD pipelines, Git, release management).
  • Willingness to work mid‑shift and in a hybrid PH‑based setup to support global teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • UiPath certification (Advanced RPA Developer or higher).
  • Experience with OCR, Document Understanding, IDP tools, and AI/ML integrations.
  • Exposure to cloud‑native automations, API‑first architectures, and scalable automation platforms.
  • Prior experience in global delivery, shared services, or managed services environments.
  • Familiarity with automation governance models and Center of Excellence (CoE) frameworks.
