Key Responsibilities
- Keep track of the companies’ multiple bank accounts, overseeing the inflow and outflow of cash.
- Prepare daily cashflow forecast and transact with the bank for Money Market activities.
- Record daily bank transactions in the companies’ books.
- Process daily foreign currency purchase and invoice requests and hedge foreign currency with the bank.
- Run foreign currency revaluation in the companies’ accounting system.
- Process payments due to other parties.
- Prepare monthly cashflow report and other reports needed for management use.
- Ensure all Treasury-related activities and transactions are recorded in the books prior to GL close.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy of Finance related degree
- With 3 to 5 years of experience in working in a finance discipline specializing in Treasury
- Attention to detail is very important
- Excellent communication skills, not only within the internal Finance team but also to external contacts with the bank
- SAP knowledge is an advantage, especially S/4
