JOB PURPOSE

Will serve as primary interface for the Client side PM and direct owner of the project deliverables from GDC.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

*Gain understanding of project’s goal and establish project plan which includes estimation, scheduling and project management guideline.

* Acquisition, assignment and ongoing management of project resources.

* Management of the day-to-day project activities and ensuring all activities are progressing as per plan.

* Responsible for the quality, cost and delivery.

* Conduct Furikaeri during closing phase for the improvement of the team/members and provide feedback for the organization.

* Perform coding & testing as needed.

* Lead or mentor project members and in the organization's internal operations.

* Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct Supervisor or Manager.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE* Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

* Preferably with experience in application development (Requirements, Design, Programming, Testing) .
 
* Preferably has handled Japanese clients.

* Technical background (Java or .Net) is desired.

* SDLC background.

* Project management and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) experience.
