Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification (mandatory)
- 2–3+ full-cycle Onboarding implementation projects completed
- Strong hands-on configuration and deployment experience in Onboarding 2.0
- Experience with integrations, particularly with Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting
- Solid understanding of cross‑module dependencies within the SuccessFactors suite
- Preferably has experience working on global or multi‑country implementations
- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative global teams
- Good understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and best practices
- Experience in data migration, transformation, and cutover activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver end‑to‑end SuccessFactors Onboarding implementations
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and provide best practice recommendations
- Perform system configuration, execute testing cycles, and ensure solution quality
- Support UAT, manage go‑live activities, and assist with post‑go‑live stabilization
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across multiple regions
- Ensure alignment with overall HR technology strategy and project delivery standards
