Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Procurement Spend Dashboard: Develop, produce, and maintain the monthly Europe Procurement Spend Dashboard, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- KPI Reporting Development: Identify, define, and develop reports for various KPIs, such as:
- Operational KPIs
- Sustainability KPIs
- Vendor Risk Management KPIs
- Bids
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze procurement and related data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation. Translate complex data into clear and meaningful insights for management team.
- Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used for reporting. Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Reporting Tools & Systems: Work with existing reporting tools and contribute to the development and optimization of new reporting capabilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Support the Senior Procurement Operations Manager to develop new reporting requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance reporting processes, methodologies, and the overall quality and impact of reports.
- Ensure that updated process documentations / work instructions are in place.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong Analytical Acumen: Ability to understand, interpret, and work with numerical data.
- Excellent Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data handling, report generation, and ensuring the highest level of accuracy and precision in all outputs.
- Reporting & Dashboarding Expertise: Hands-on experience in developing and presenting clear, impactful reports and dashboards, preferably within a procurement or finance context.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Macro, Power BI, Power Query, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, data manipulation).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba) is a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-5 years work experience as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in BPO set up under Procurement, Reporting and Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as an individual
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a must
- Logical approach to complex work problems
- Good time management skills and work prioritization
- Good negotiation skills and extensive knowledge of service support standards and practices
- Strong expertise in multiple reporting platforms and dashboard systems
