Role Purpose
The HRSS Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with Fujitsu Japan HR stakeholders, leading a growing team of Japanese bilingual professionals, and ensuring high-quality HR service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and financial governance capabilities to support the Japan market
 
 
Key Accountabilities

Strategic Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary liaison for Fujitsu Japan HR and related stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships aligned with client expectations and strategic goals.

Advanced Service Delivery & Performance Optimization

  • Lead HR service delivery for a team of 5 Japanese bilingual professionals.
  • Ensure operational excellence and high-quality service through performance monitoring and strategic service reviews.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Inspire and mentor team members to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Develop and implement strategic talent development plans to enhance team capabilities.

 Process Innovation & Resource Management

  • Drive process optimization initiatives aligned with global standards and company policies.
  • Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and utilization to maximize efficiency.

Financial Governance & Strategic Budget Management

  • Oversee financial governance including Purchase Orders (POs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and budget management.
  • Ensure cost efficiency and align financial strategies with business objectives.

 

Core Skills

  • Proven experience in HR Shared Services or related field.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Japanese language proficiency (N1/N2 or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
  • Experience managing bilingual teams and cross-cultural environments.
