What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering Service Excellence
- You’ll help make sure all HR services and deliverables meet our agreed service levels and quality standards.
- You’ll also support audit requirements by ensuring processes are correctly followed and documented.
Building Strong Customer Relationships
- You’ll interact with employees and managers, helping maintain positive, professional relationships.
- When issues come up, you’ll proactively address and resolve them.
Managing HR Processes
You will support different stages of the employee lifecycle, which includes:
- Handling employee movements, regularization, personal data updates, and offboarding.
- Keeping employee records accurate and up to date in our HR systems.
- Preparing employment documents such as regularization letters and sending HR‑related announcements.
- Creating or updating internal HR process documentation.
- Supporting AskHR ticket management by assigning tickets promptly and responding to employee queries.
- Developing or updating Knowledge Articles based on common questions.
- Conducting quality checks as needed for PH HR Operations.
- Preparing reports for HRBPs and HR Managers.
- Maintaining organized databases, records, and documents on SharePoint or shared folders.
- Sharing ideas and recommendations to help improve HR processes.
Supporting the Team
- You’ll actively participate in meetings with the HR team, HRBPs, and the GDC.
- You’ll serve as backup support for teammates when needed.
- You’ll take part in trainings and engagement activities to continue your development.
- You’ll also provide support to HRBPs and HR Managers within PH GDC.
What We're Looking For
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- JLPT N3 certification
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (and additional languages, if required)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage conflicts or issues professionally
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
- Must be of legal working age
