Key Accountabilities:

  • Creation and maintenance of Profit Centre and Cost Centre in SAP
  • Provide support to relevant Finance Manager in the creation of General Ledger Master Data in SAP
  • Provide support and maintenance of Master Data for Group Reporting
  • Provide month-end support in executing scheduled job runs and resolution of issues arising from the job runs.
  • Administration of period open and close in SAP and execute roll-over activities for each Fiscal Year.
  • Perform administrative role in BlackLine including importing data and monitoring of scheduled jobs.
  • Workflow master data maintenance for SAP Concur and Ariba
  • Uploading and maintenance of employee cost rates in SAP
  • Uploading of data to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)


Requirements:

  • With strong background and experience in SAP ECC, S/4Hana, SAC, Concur, Ariba, and Blackline
  • Must be a graduate of Accounting or Finance-related course
  • Knowledgeable of General Ledger accounting
  • Strong analytical skills and very good attention to detail
