Key Accountabilities:
- Creation and maintenance of Profit Centre and Cost Centre in SAP
- Provide support to relevant Finance Manager in the creation of General Ledger Master Data in SAP
- Provide support and maintenance of Master Data for Group Reporting
- Provide month-end support in executing scheduled job runs and resolution of issues arising from the job runs.
- Administration of period open and close in SAP and execute roll-over activities for each Fiscal Year.
- Perform administrative role in BlackLine including importing data and monitoring of scheduled jobs.
- Workflow master data maintenance for SAP Concur and Ariba
- Uploading and maintenance of employee cost rates in SAP
- Uploading of data to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Requirements:
- With strong background and experience in SAP ECC, S/4Hana, SAC, Concur, Ariba, and Blackline
- Must be a graduate of Accounting or Finance-related course
- Knowledgeable of General Ledger accounting
- Strong analytical skills and very good attention to detail
