Role Purpose
To ensure timely and accurate processing of customer transactions and requests, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
- Accurately process customer transactions and requests in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of SLA/KPI targets.
- Delivery excellence and productivity.
- Quality of customer experience.
- Contribution to innovation and process improvement.
- Participation in enablement programs.
- Compliance with policies and engagement in team initiatives.
Qualifications
- 6 month –2 years of experience in data processing or administrative support.
- Preferably a university graduate in IT, Business, or related fields. Undergraduates may be considered with strong relevant experience.
- Proficient in computer applications and systems.
- Strong communication skills, professional work ethic, and adaptability to Japanese work culture.
- Willing to work extended hours and during Philippine holidays.
- Willing to work hybrid set up, onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
