To provide business support services to the clients in a timely and efficient manner delivering good quality output.
Key Accountabilities
• Process transactions/requests from customers in a timely manner ensuring that outputs are accurate and in accordance with customer approved process, procedures and standards.
• Prepare reports as required
• Perform other tasks as may be required by superiors
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in data processing or any administrative support functions
• Preferably university graduate (IT or any business course). For undergraduate, should have sufficient and very good work experience
• Computer literate
• With good communication skills, work ethics and adaptability to Japanese work culture
