Operations

  1. Manage team and monitor transactions to ensure timely and accurate process delivery.
  2. Handle daily operations escalations and perform QA checks.
  3. Drive process improvement/Kaizen initiatives.
  4. Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensure compliance.
  5. Manage escalations and information sharing between Japan and the team.
  6. Translate documents and other materials from Japanese to English and vice versa as needed.
  7. Prepare necessary materials, coordinate and guide members during knowledge transfer.
  8. Plan and manage team resources effectively with operations manager 

People Management

  1. Provide coaching and training to team members; support growth and development of staff.
  2. Resolve conflicts within the team.
  3. Conduct quarterly performance management reviews with member
  4. Assist OM in overseeing onboarding and probationary evaluation, participate in interviews for new hires when needed.

Administrative

  1. Monitor administrative compliance of team members; prepare and review reports as required.
  2. Prepare necessary internal tools.
