What you’ll do: Design and configure
ServiceNow Virtual Agent solutions enabling AI‑driven self‑service and automated resolution.Build conversation flows, topics, NLU models, and scalable deflection strategies.Architect and optimize ServiceNow Portals and Mobile App experiences.Collaborate with UX, product owners, and platform teams to deliver seamless user journeys.
What we’re looking for: Experience with Virtual Agent Designer, NLU, and conversational workflows.Strong understanding of Service Portal and Mobile Studio.Ability to translate business needs into intuitive self‑service capabilities.
🧪 2. Technical Consultant – Testing(Testing | QA Testing | Scripting)
What you’ll do: Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across ServiceNow modules.Develop reusable test scripts and automated scenarios where applicable.Work closely with developers to validate enhancements, bug fixes, and platform upgrades.Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices.
What we’re looking for:Experience in ServiceNow testing, QA methodologies, and test planning.Basic scripting skills (JavaScript preferred).Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
⚙️ 3. ServiceNow Developer – ITSM & Integrations(ITSM Configuration & Development | Scripting & Automation | Integrations & API Development)
What you’ll do: Configure and enhance ITSM modules (Incidents, Problems, Changes, Requests, CMDB).Develop custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflow automations.Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third‑party systems.Optimize platform performance and apply ServiceNow best practices.
What we’re looking for:Strong ServiceNow development background.Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and API development.Experience working across ITSM and cross‑platform integrations.🔍 4. ServiceNow Tester
What you’ll do: Perform end‑to‑end testing on ServiceNow enhancements, upgrades, and new features.Create structured test cases and validate platform behavior against requirements.Support UAT coordination and provide quality insights to the development team.Identify defects and track them through resolution.
What we’re looking for: Hands‑on experience testing ServiceNow platforms/modules.Strong understanding of ITSM processes and workflow behavior.Ability to work in fast‑paced agile teams.🌐
