We are looking for a Directors within our Oceania Wayfinders – you will be at the forefront of a dynamic growth journey during Wayfinders' foundational phase – translating strategic ambition into tangible impact. We are looking for Directors in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth.
You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth for the Wayfinders practice, cultivating your existing and new client relationships, and winning and delivering consulting engagements.
You will collaborate with Consulting Partners to build credibility, momentum, and market presence, and will be targeted to unlock new revenue and business development opportunities. In delivery, you will lead large-scale, complex engagements, delivering measurable outcomes for clients while mentoring high-performing consulting teams across Oceania. With a strong consultancy background, you will help shape our go-to-market strategy, develop scalable offerings, and position Wayfinders as a trusted advisor for strategic technology transformation.
This role offers the opportunity to combine entrepreneurial energy with leadership impact and to help accelerate Wayfinders' growth in Oceania.
Your transferable skills and experience:
- Proven ability to build client relationships and your internal network, shape opportunities and support business development.
- Experience at Director level in a management consultancy or equivalent role in a technology advisory practice within a Services or Solutions company.
- Experience leading strategic initiatives and go-to-market offerings.
- Experience in developing and delivering technology-focused transformation programs from strategy through to execution, with a preference for next generation technology such as AI, Quantum Computing etc.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead, develop and inspire diverse teams.
