The role holder is focused on understanding and resolving client issues through research, analysis, and recommendations, balancing strategic and operational perspectives to deliver client value.
Senior Consultant:
Responsible for owning and delivering work packages end-to-end, translating analysis into clear, actionable implications that drive transformative client outcomes. The role manages workstreams, supports delivery and business development, and contributes to practice growth, while uplifting team capability through coaching on work quality, structure, and core consulting fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research, interviews, and requirements gathering to support client problem solving.
- Contribute to reports, recommendations, action plans, and broader team outputs.
- Assist in developing strategies and recommendations for clients.
- Build trust through effective communication and collaboration.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Apply business analysis techniques and user research methods in delivery.
- Balance strategic and operational perspectives in day-to-day work.
- Manages workstreams, owns deliverables, supports workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Builds and maintains stakeholder relationships.
- Supports proposals, research, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Develops frameworks, templates, and supports onboarding and knowledge sharing.
- Manages small teams/workstreams and supports mentoring.
- Contributes to engagement structuring and improvement ideas.
- Supports go-to-market and marketing initiatives.
