The IT Laboratory Support Technician is responsible for ensuring the operational readiness, security, and reliability of all computers, peripherals, and supporting technologies within the campus self-access room.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all laboratory computers, printers, projectors, and peripheral devices are fully operational and available for teaching activities
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop issue 

• Install, configure, and maintain approved software packages used within the self-access room.
• Perform system maintenance
• Ensure orderly conduct of the student within the premisses

Requirements/ Skills:

• Diploma in IT or relavant 
• Windows 10 and 11 desktop troubleshooting 
• Office 365 troubleshooting

• OS installation and configuration
