Following rapid expansion of new name clients into the Fujitsu SaaS ServiceNow practice, we are seeking a ServiceNow Developer that has solid and progressive consulting experience and a proven record of successful ServiceNow engagements.

Role and Accountabilities:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant with expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The role involves implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow IRM solutions, providing technical guidance, and ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•            Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management Issue and Remediation management).

•            Develop custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow technologies (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP).

•            Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

•            Perform technical assessments, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.

•            Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements for ServiceNow IRM modules.

•            Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation guides.

•            Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers or team members.

•            Ensure solutions meet security, risk, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications.

•            5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow technical experience with IRM/GRC modules.

•            Strong knowledge of IRM processes: Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, and Operational Risk.

•            Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflow design, and integrations.

•            Experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.

•            Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•            Excellent communication, presentation, and change leadership skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

•            ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

•            ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

•            ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – GRC/IRM

•            Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Optional but preferred

•            Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) Optional but preferred

•            Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflows.

•            Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
