About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Agent (L1) to join our IT support team. 

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for IT support requests (phone, email, chat, ticketing system)

• Help users with basic hardware, software, and account access issues

• Log and track incidents, and escalate when needed

• Follow standard procedures and ensure a great user experience

• Learn new IT tools and grow your technical skills

Who Should Apply

• Internal employees from any department, fresh graduates, non-IT graduates, or diploma holders

• Those with previous L1 Service Desk experience are also welcome

• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn

• Strong communication and customer service mindset

• Able to work rotating 24/7 shifts

Language Requirement

• Mandarin proficiency (read, speak, write) required
