Service Desk Agent (Entry Level | Fresh Graduates, Non-IT Graduates & Diploma Holders Welcome)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic entry-level candidates to join our IT Service Desk team. This role is open to fresh graduates, IT and non-IT graduates, and diploma holders who are interested in starting a career in IT and customer support.

You don’t need prior IT work experience—we provide clear guidance, and ongoing support. What matters most is your willingness to learn, positive attitude, and desire to help others.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance

  • Provide basic IT support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.

  • Help users with common issues such as login problems, software access, and device setup

  • Record and track support requests accurately in the system

  • Follow troubleshooting guides and standard procedures (training provided)

  • Escalate more complex issues to senior support teams when required

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with users at all times

  • Diploma holders with a strong interest in IT  / Non-IT graduates looking to switch into an IT career

What We’re Looking For

  • Required to read, speak, and write Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

  • Basic computer knowledge and confidence using common applications

  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies

  • Ability to follow processes and work as part of a team

  • IT certifications or coursework are a plus, but not required

  • Work Location/Project = Office
  • This role follows a 24/7 rotating shift schedule with changes each month. A hybrid work setup may be offered after six months or once the project is fully stabilized.
