Experience Required:
8+ years of experience in Salesforce and Force.com platform with at least 2 years in an Architect role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of Salesforce solutions, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and write optimized SOQL/SOSL queries.
- Configure and customize Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Manage Salesforce security (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Settings).
- Oversee the deployment process across environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Salesforce Customization & Development: Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and deep knowledge of SFDC modules.
- Technical Leadership: Proven experience in designing and leading Salesforce solutions.
- SOQL & SOSL: Strong skills in writing optimized queries.
- Salesforce Security: Experience with Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
- Salesforce Deployment: Hands-on with deployment tools and processes.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD-1)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD-2)
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud in addition to Sales and Service Clouds will be an Added Advantage
