Job Description:


Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, leading, and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions that optimize sale processes and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ, and a passion for driving business value through technology.

Key Responsibilities


•    Design, develop, and customize scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
•    Architect scalable CPQ solutions: multi-currency pricing, advance bundles with option constraints, dynamic discount schedules, and approval matrices.
•    Develop custom extensions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC) for quote line editors, and platform events for real-time pricing syncs.
•    Design and implement Salesforce CPQ Advanced Approvals workflows to handle complex multi-level approval chains. 
•    Build conditional approval rules, approval matrices, escalation paths, delegation rules, and automated notifications. 
•    Optimize approval performance and ensure consistent behavior across quoting, discounting, and contract workflows.

•    Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document requirements, translating them into effective CPQ configurations.
•    Build robust integrations: connect Salesforce CPQ to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Billing/CLM, ERPs, and external systems via Named Credentials, External Services, or APIs.
•    Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, ensuring high system performance and reliability.
•    Stay updated with Salesforce releases and CPQ best practices, recommending enhancements as needed.
•    Implement end‑to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash processes, including amendments, renewals, and asset‑based ordering.
•    Configure advanced CPQ pricing models, including MDQ, block pricing, discount schedules, and proration.
•    Ensure seamless Quote‑to‑Order‑to‑Contract flows and integration with ERP and downstream systems.
•    Optimize CPQ performance, including calculations, rules, and large product catalogs.
•    Contribute to CPQ solution design and architecture, including technical documentation and integration diagrams.
•    Manage migration of metadata and data across environments.
•    Support UAT, regression testing, and release readiness for CPQ enhancements.
•    Contribute to DevOps and release management, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment planning.

Key Requirements:


•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•    8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 5 years focused on CPQ.
•    Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
•    Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing rules, quote generation, and advanced approvals.
•    Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), data migration, and third-party tools.
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, global environment.
•    Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II
•    Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator
•    Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

•    Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant
•    Experience working with Fujitsu’s business processes and technology stack.
