Job Title: AWS Solution Architect 

Location: [Pune/Bangalore/Noida] 

Experience: 10+ years in Infrastructure and Cloud Technologies 

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AWS Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS solutioning, including Landing Zone design, the AWS Well-Architected Framework, and cloud assessments with a focus on cost optimization (FinOps) and modernization. This role requires strong technical acumen and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with best practices and customer requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS solutions tailored to business needs. 

  • Lead AWS Landing Zone setup and governance, ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence. 

  • Apply the AWS Well-Architected Framework to evaluate and improve existing and new cloud architectures. 

  • Conduct comprehensive cloud assessments to identify opportunities for cost optimization, modernization, and operational efficiency. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and business stakeholders, to define technical requirements and deliver end-to-end cloud solutions. 

  • Provide expert guidance on cloud migration strategies, infrastructure automation, and best practices for AWS services. 

  • Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, including high-level designs (HLDs), low-level designs (LLDs), and solution proposals. 

  • Stay updated with the latest AWS services, tools, and industry trends to continuously enhance solution offerings. 

  • Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, solution presentations, and effort estimations. 

  • Ensure smooth handover to operations teams, providing necessary documentation and knowledge transfer. 

 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, with a strong focus on AWS. 

  • Proven experience with AWS Landing Zone design, governance, and multi-account strategies. 

  • In-depth understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework and its application. 

  • Hands-on experience with cloud assessments, cost optimization (FinOps), and modernization initiatives. 

  • Proficiency in designing secure, scalable, and reliable cloud architectures. 

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices. 

  • Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Terraform, CloudFormation). 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud environments. 

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) or equivalent certification preferred. 

  • Experience in creating technical documentation, proposals, and architectural diagrams. 

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
