Senior Solution Monitoring Tool Architect – AI & Observability
Hybrid / Remote
Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect specializing in Monitoring Tools and AI-driven Observability. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and evolving enterprise-grade monitoring architectures that leverage AI/ML for predictive insights, automated incident response, and real-time analytics across hybrid and cloud-native environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Strategy
• Design and implement scalable, resilient monitoring architectures using platforms like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Dynatrace.
• Architect AI-enhanced observability solutions using ML models for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance.
• Define and implement SLOs/SLIs, reliability metrics, and health indicators across distributed systems.
Tooling & Automation
• Lead the integration of monitoring tools with CI/CD pipelines, ITSM platforms, and AIOps engines.
• Develop automated dashboards, alerting systems, and self-healing workflows using AI/ML.
• Evaluate and implement eBPF-based observability, APM, and distributed tracing solutions.
Governance & Compliance
• Ensure monitoring solutions comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Establish monitoring standards, reusable templates, and best practices across teams.
Collaboration & Leadership
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, Cloud, and Security teams to align monitoring strategies with business goals.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, and lead PoCs for emerging observability technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP monitoring or observability.
• Experience with chaos engineering, resilience testing, and incident response automation.
• Knowledge of semantic monitoring, LLM-based alert summarization, or Copilot-style assistants for observability
