- Skill Requirements:
• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end technical solutions, including integrations and data models
• Hands-on experience with customization, enhancements, and ERP integrations (API-based architecture)
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, C++, or GLOVIA-specific frameworks)
• Experience leading and managing offshore development teams and delivery execution
• Ability to review code, ensure quality standards, and guide developers across the development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong understanding of supply chain, order management, and inventory processes
• Experience with data migration, system integration, and deployment planning
• Strong communication skills with ability to interface with onsite teams and stakeholders
• Ability to estimate effort, define technical scope, and manage deliverables
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities
• Proven expertise in Salesforce implementation projects
Must Have: Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Sales or Service cloud certifications,Integration, or Architect-level preferred)
