Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning projects with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of financial services processes and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for strategic BFSI initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project governance.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and clients.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management, with at least 5 years in BFSI projects.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, GDPR, GLBA).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with digital transformation projects in BFSI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and fintech solutions.
