We are looking for a Senior GIS AMS technical resource with 5-7 years of experience in GIS tools with 4+ years of AMS support. The candidate needs to support and evolve our enterprise GIS environment. This is a dual-function role: you will own day-to-day application support across four GIS platforms AND engage in pre-sales/architecting activities.

ArcGIS is the primary platform and the core hiring criterion. The responsibiiities include:

  • Manage L2/L3 incident resolution across ArcGIS, MapInfo, K-Map, and QuickCapture
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews for major outages
  • Manage change requests through CAB; author and review RFCs for GIS platforms
  • Monitor service health; maintain SLA compliance and produce monthly reports
  • Administer ArcGIS Enterprise / Portal: users, roles, services, geodatabases
  • Support QuickCapture projects: device setup, sync issues, feature service config
  • Liaise with Esri, Precisely, and Kynetec vendors for escalated issues

Maintain runbooks, known-error records, and the GIS knowledge base. ITIL knowledge is a plus.
