Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle R12 EBS Manufacturing Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Manufacturing modules and end-to-end ERP implementation. This role will focus on designing, configuring, and deploying Oracle EBS Manufacturing functionality while working closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with industry’s best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle R12 EBS Manufacturing modules.
• Develop system requirements, solution designs, prototypes, and manage rollout of configured processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring traceability to business objectives.
• Utilize a consultative approach to collaborate with client stakeholders; proactively identify risks, issues, and solution options.
• Lead data mapping and system setup related to Manufacturing, Costing and Inventory functions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on RICEW components, data conversions, extensions, and reports.
• Design and build custom reports using Oracle reporting tools to enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensuring solutions align with Fujitsu methodologies, global templates, and Oracle leading practices, minimizing customizations.
• Support testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, and production cut-over activities.
• Create comprehensive documentation for design, training, and system administration.
• Work with cross-functional teams (SCM, Finance, WMS) and business users to ensure integrated solution delivery.
• Operate independently and drive customer satisfaction, ensuring acceptance of delivered solutions.
• Support post-go-live activities, enhancements, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills, Certifications & Experience

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP Manufacturing functional experience.
• Hands-on implementation expertise in Oracle R12 EBS Manufacturing modules including Inventory, Bills of Material, Engineering, Work in Process (WIP), Cost Management
• Deep expertise in Manufacturing master data setup, item attribute configuration, costing methods, and transaction flows.
• Strong knowledge of Standard, Average, and FIFO costing, and manufacturing cost processes.
