Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management solutions, with a primary focus on the Order Management module. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable business solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain processes.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules based on business requirements.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with Oracle best practices.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and business process flows.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.
Configure and validate business rules, workflows, approvals, and security roles.
Assist in data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extensions, and customizations.
Provide functional support, issue resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-production support.
Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare user manuals and knowledge transfer documentation.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and assess their impact on business processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Overall 10+ years of experience, including at least 5+ years as an Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant.
Strong functional expertise in the following Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules:
o    Order Management (OM)
o    Pricing
o    Global Order Promising (GOP)
o    Supply Chain Orchestration (SCO)
o    Shipping
o    Procurement
o    Inventory Management
Experience in at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and solution design.
Experience in SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hyper-care support.
Good understanding of integrations with Oracle Finance, Planning, Procurement, and third-party applications.
Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Cloud Order Management Implementation Certification.
Experience in Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or similar manufacturing industries.
