Role description:

Experienced finance practitioner responsible for management of key finance activities and deliverables. Responsible for defining operational activities and priorities to align with achievement of Company and/or Finance objectives.

Capable of designing and implementing strategies to help achieve business, corporate or risk management objectives within the scope of the corporate policy and control framework.

Works independently within defined role responsibilities and accountabilities to drive achievement of successful business outcomes, team objectives, and compliance with company policies and strategy.

Expected to be capable of drawing on experience and technical expertise to address and resolve reasonably complex operational problems or to identify when information or recommendations should be shared with senior management for further consideration, taking into account any significant business impacts or financial risks,

Experienced decision-maker providing decision support to senior management; professional accounting, reporting and analysis services, business and sales support, policy compliance and/or risk management.

Key responsibilities:

• Month-End Closing support by costs analysis on particular controlling objects and improve costs allocation, prepare variance analysis and provide meaningful, fact-based insight to support strategic decision making
• Balance Sheet and Cash flow preparation and analysis including provide meaningful insight to support strategic decision making
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare ad hoc, weekly, monthly reports and analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting, close cooperation with business, challenge status quo, find opportunities for savings and costs reduction
• Act as Finance Business Partner for responsible areas with high focus on profitability increase
• Drive constant improvements and lead projects related finance processes

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or a related discipline.
• Advanced finance and accounting knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience gained in Finance/Commercial Functions. 
• Significant experience in cost control, budgeting and forecasting is a must.
• Ability to influence and interact effectively with all levels and areas of the organization.
• Having the flexibility to adapt to change and to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP. HFM experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Accurate and strong attention to detail.
• Project Management skills will be highly preferred.
