We are seeking highly skilled, hands-on developer who thrive on solving complex problems, exploring cutting-edge technologies, and making things work in real-world environments. You’ll work on next-generation automation and AI-driven solutions involving scripting, intelligent business processes, integrations, and emerging AI paradigms such as Generative and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and Architecture
• Develop, customize, and maintain automations using Groovy (primary), and optionally PowerShell, MS Graph API, or Python.
• Build and enhance reusable components, scripts, and connectors.
• Design and architect solutions across various platforms
• Working knowledge of Application development
• AI & Natural Language Understanding
• Work with Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models — understand how they work, how to prepare and label data, and how to train, evaluate, and optimize them.
• Implement Generative AI use cases — including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning pre-trained models.
• Agentic AI & Contextual Systems
• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions leveraging prompt chaining, context engineering, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Integrate with APIs (REST, MCP, and custom) to enable dynamic, context-aware AI workflows.
• Business Process Design
• Translate functional requirements into robust, scalable business processes.
• Implement these processes using no-code / low-code platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Power Automate) combined with custom scripting and API integrations.
• System Integrations
• Integrate solutions with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams and various on-premise and cloud services.
• Testing & Quality
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for automation scripts, AI models, and integrations.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across environments.

Skills & Experience

Required:

• Strong scripting experience (Groovy ; PowerShell, MS Graph, Python)
• Working knowledge of NLU / ML lifecycle (data prep, training, evaluation)
• Proven experience in designing business workflows and process automations
• Hands-on integration experience with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Teams, APIs)
• Deep curiosity and problem-solving mindset — must enjoy experimentation
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience with Apache Camel or other integration frameworks
• Familiarity with Generative AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts (context handling, multi-agent orchestration, REST/MCP integration)
• Strong testing and debugging skills
