Job Description:

Professional Summary- Workday Integration Support Engineer 

Having 5+ years of relavant experience in Workday Integration Support with expertise in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting Workday inbound and outbound integrations. Experienced in handling production support activities, incident management, ServiceNow ticket handling, integration monitoring, error analysis, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for issue resolution. Worked extensively on Workday integrations for the Rockwell Automation client.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Workday integrations in production environments.
Monitor daily integration runs and identify failures proactively.
Analyze integration errors and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Support inbound and outbound integrations including:
PECI, Core Connectors, EIB, Studio integrations, API/Web Service integrations
Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests through ServiceNow.
Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
Validate integration data and ensure successful file delivery to downstream systems.
Perform integration reruns and retransmissions when required.
Support file transfer protocols like SFTP and encryption methods such as PGP.
Monitor middleware and scheduled jobs for failures and delays.
Participate in deployment validations and post-production support activities.
Prepare incident reports, RCA documents, and support documentation.
Ensure SLA adherence and timely ticket closure.
Support production releases and weekend deployment activities.
