Role and Accountabilities:
Job Description:
- Design, develop, configure, and implement OnBase and Brainware solutions, including document types, keywords, workflow, unity forms, custom integrations, reporting, and Brainware capture processes (e.g., templates, extraction rules, verification).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for new and existing OnBase/Brainware initiatives.
- Perform monitoring and troubleshooting of OnBase and Brainware environments.
- Provide advanced technical support and problem resolution for OnBase and Brainware applications, working with vendor support as needed.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
Skill Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing, implementing, and administering Hyland OnBase and Hyland Brainware solutions.
Understanding of document management best practices, records management, and compliance requirements. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate must have hands-on experience with Unity Script (C#) and SQL scripts.
