Responsibilities:
- To be able to lead and manage current projects with customers to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
- To establish good communication and relationship with customer’s management, mid-manager and staff level
- To penetrate our business into new area of existing customers by initiating new innovative solutions and approaching Fujitsu products and services.
- To create the channel for expansion the new customer of customers that we have not successfully opened business with them before
- To study, understand and predict customer’s needs for their requirements
- To perform sales activities, input correctly pipeline in salesforce and achieve the sales target both in quarterly and on an annual basis.
- To communicate successfully with various internal functions such as Service Integration, Digital Solution, Purchasing, Logistics, Administration, Accounting, etc.
- To cooperate with company policies and guidelines such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 SAP, etc.
- To manage relationship with major vendors in order to make sure that all projects are running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Computer Science or any related fields
- At least 3 years’ experience in Sales or any related fields
- Strong experience in Sales, IT industry and experience in SI business is preferable
- Computer literacy (MS-Office)
- Good command of English
- Strong presentation skill
- Ability to communicate in Japanese is advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated
- Have a car and driving licensek
