Job Description: 
Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned SAP MDM Consultant with SAP S/4HANA master data migration experience with strong technical and functional expertise in executing and delivering a complex migration project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

The candidate will be responsible for data migration to SAP S/4HANA Target System from a current SAP ECC system to ensure a seamless transition, while providing expert guidance and support to master data team and clients throughout business mapping, build of solutions using SAP Data Services, SAP Data Migration Cockpit, testing and cutover activities of their journey to SAP S/4HANA. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Functional and Technical Consulting:
•    Collaborate with business, conduct mapping sessions with business and map the existing SAP ECC master data to S4HANA

•    Experience in migrating master data of SAP modules FICO, MM, WM, SD, PP, QM, EHS into S4HANA from SAP ECC

•    SAP Data migration cockpit hand-on experience in SAP HANA is a must

•    SAP Data migration cockpit error handling and resolutions skills are required

•    Mapping SAP ECC master data to S4HANA data migration object

•    Data migration project experience using SAP Data services (BODS) with SAP HANA DB is must

•    Experience in designing and executing LSMW in SAP for data upload

•    Experience in executing BDC/BAPI custom upload programs in SAP for data upload

Must be ready to work on SAP S4HANA Greenfield Implementation.


Testing, Training, and Support: 
Conduct testing, user acceptance testing for data accuracy and performance. 
Collaborate with business users to resolve issues, address concerns, and implement solutions to meet project objectives. 
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting. 


Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in data migration using SAP data services (BODS) into S4HANA implementation and support project experience.
Strong experience in SAP Data migration cockpit and knowledge on SAP Data services (BODS). 
Strong analytical Skills to analyze complex business data, identify potential issues, business challenges, recommend and develop solutions implementing with Best practices.
SAP Certification is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences including the ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes domain expertise.
Nice to Have
Knowledge in data migration of SAP modules of FICO, MM, WM, SD, PP, QM, EHS into S4HANA from SAP ECC is a plus.
Knowledge of master data required for each SAP functional area and SAP cross functional knowledge
Understanding and working knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and potential integration scenarios using MDG.
