Job Description:

 

1) Core SAP ECC Support Ownership

  • SAP ECC 6.0 support across multiple landscapes
    • 3 environments: 1Finity, OneERP, FOC
  • Configuration and updates across HR modules
    • Personnel Administration
    • Time Management
    • Organizational Management

2) Payroll & HR Functional Support

  • Payroll support (Time and Payroll-related activities)
  • Ongoing handling of HR master data corrections and manual interventions (examples mentioned in emails):
    • Hire date changes
    • Termination date changes
    • Deletion of incorrect actions
    • Activity overrides
    • Reprocessing interface errors

3) Technical / ABAP & Integration Responsibilities

  • Custom ABAP programming
    • Extracts
    • Interfaces
    • Report management
  • ZHR LDAP process support
    • Acts as a source for downstream IT processes and materialized views

4) System Operations & Application Support

  • Ongoing SAP support patches & upgrades
    • Track upcoming releases
    • Develop change management strategy
  • User load and data processing
    • Manage ZZC → FTMS user loads
    • Monitor permission issues and errors
  • Course / LMS related operations
    • Course validation & assignment
    • Mass course history updates
    • Support course lifecycle activities
  • Ticketing & monitoring
    • Logging SAP calls
    • Monitoring tickets (with Superadmin access)

5) Operational Support & Coordination – short-term until system is demised in September

  • Shared responsibility for application support (FTMS / LMS – legacy SuccessFactors) with colleagues
  • Participation in support transitions and knowledge transfer
  • Collaboration across teams for:
    • Escalations
    • Error monitoring
    • Process improvements
