Job Title: SAP HCM- Lead Technical Consultant - 6752

Shift Timings: US Shift- 5:30PM - 2:30AM

Locations: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Hyderabad

Experience: 12+Years

 

  • ECC 6.0 HCM and would be able to support US working hours .
  • Personnel Administration, Time Management and Organizational Management configuration / updates
  • Payroll support – Time or Payroll Errors – (Jon Perkins is onsite and can provide assistance here)
  • Custom ABAP Programming – extracts /interfaces and reports management – business requirements to support ABAP changes
  • Year End Configuration – Payroll periods, holiday calendars work schedules – HR – calendar – Payroll – Amy Koon for periods
  • Interface Support – HR Master Data, Pay Components, Absences and PTO Accruals, Callidus
  • Change Requests in flight
  • Integration of HR Master Data – monitor, execute off cycle runs, direct data maintenance
  • Org Management – manual process support
  • maintain manual data file – interface being tested
